Job Summary / Objective

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Receptionist. The role involves managing front desk operations, supporting the Director, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

  • Front desk & visitor handling
  • Email communication & coordination
  • Managing Director’s calendar & meetings
  • Expense tracking & basic administrative tasks
  • Internal team coordination
  • Office & vendor management
  • Maintaining records & documentation
  • Meeting support & reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Basic knowledge of office administration
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email tools)
